Return & Refund Policy – JR United & Sanitary Ware and Hardware

We aim to provide high-quality products and smooth service. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Any damaged, defective, or wrong item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
  • Pickup for returns will be arranged within 3–4 working days after approval.
  • Inspection of damaged/defective products will usually take 4–5 working days.
  • In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched within 3 working days after verification.

2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank account or payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours will be picked up within 3–4 working days, inspected within 4–5 working days, and replaced within 3 working days after approval.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • In case of prepaid cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
