1. Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

• Items must be in New condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Return Process & Fees

• Return Method: You can return items In-store or By Post.

• Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is Free (Included in the package/Pre-paid label provided by us).

• Restocking Fee: There is No Restocking Fee.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges We accept exchanges for any product within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
