2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery time depends on the type of product, weight, and location.

A. Lightweight Items (Fast Delivery)

  • Small hardware
  • Fittings
  • Low-weight products

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

(Usually delivered faster because packing & handling is easier)

B. Heavy / Fragile Items

Items such as:

  • WC / Toilets
  • Wash Basins
  • Kitchen Sinks
  • Heavy hardware
  • Bulk quantity orders

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–9 business days

(Extra time needed due to safe packing, handling and courier restrictions)

C. Additional Notes

  • Delivery may take longer during festivals, holidays, strike, or courier delays.
  • Remote or interior areas may require more time than usual.
  • Our team will keep you updated with tracking details as soon as the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges 

We prioritize timely delivery within our local area to ensure faster and safer service for our customers.

A. Local Delivery (PIN Code: 125047 – Agroha Area)

  • When the customer confirms their order with PIN code 125047, the system will automatically check the order amount:

    • Orders β‚Ή10,000 or above β†’ FREE Delivery (automatically applied by the system)
    • Orders below β‚Ή10,000 β†’ Delivery charges will apply based on:

      • Product weight & category
      • Delivery distance
      • Handling & transportation cost

B. Other Locations (Outside PIN Code 125047)

  • Shipping charges apply to all orders, regardless of amount.
  • Charges depend on:

    • Customer location
    • Order weight/size
    • Courier service rates
    • Distance from Agroha

C. Special Notes

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return pickup is completed within 3–4 days after approval.
  • Damaged or defective items are inspected and processed within 4–5 days.
  • Replacement products are delivered within 3 days after inspection.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
